Bike Ride #18 - Williamsport to McMahons Mill

Meet at River Bottom Park the ride will start around 9:30.

Details: We will ride the C&O Towpath starting in Williamsport for a 24 mile round trip. Part of the Trail has not been resurfaced but is in good condition, some gravel approaching McMahons Mill A very scenic ride along the river. There is no access to the Towpath from the parking lot at the Visitors Center. We will park at River Bottom Park.  Lunch TBD

Directions: Take I70 to Hagerstown (26 miles to Exit 26A to I81S towards Roanoke. From I81 take Exit 2 to US-11 to Williamsport (1.2 miles). Turn left on Vermont Street (a Block before Visitors Center). Turn right on W Salisbury Street and go over a single lane Bridge to the parking lot on the other side.
